Shipping Locations
We currently deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India. At present, we do not provide international shipping services.
Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, from the date your order is confirmed.
Once your order has been successfully processed, a confirmation email containing the relevant order details will be sent to you.
Delivery Timeline
Our standard delivery service generally takes 3–8 business days, allowing your selected fashion products to reach you promptly and efficiently.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect shipping address, the recipient being unavailable, or refusal to accept the order, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. Customers may request that the order be delivered again.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order is delivered in a damaged condition, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the shipment and provide clear photographic evidence.
If your shipment is lost while in transit, we will begin the verification process with our courier partner before arranging either a replacement or an eligible refund.
