We understand that your purchasing decisions may change, and you may wish to cancel an order. The following Cancellation Policy explains the conditions and process for order cancellations.  

Order Cancellation Before Shipment  

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before the order has been shipped, whichever occurs first.  
• To submit a cancellation request, please contact our customer support team via email.  
• If your order qualifies for cancellation, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.  

Orders Already Shipped  

Once an order has been dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. However, after delivery, you may submit a return request in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.  

Order Modification  

At present, we do not provide the option to modify ordered items or shipping addresses once an order has been placed. If your order is still eligible for cancellation, you may cancel it and place a new order with the correct details.
